Thermoset injection molding

Nuova Saimpa manufactures thermoset injection molded components for household appliances and industrial applications. We support customers in component development and production, assessing geometry, material and functional and aesthetic requirements. Treatments, decoration and assembly can be included according to project specifications.

The department includes 16 thermoset injection molding presses with clamping forces from 50 to 300 tonnes.

Component development and further processing

Further processes include sandblasting, shot blasting, deburring, tumbling, oiling and washing, screen and pad printing, laser engraving and automatic or manual assembly.
