For over 60 years, Nuova Saimpa has specialized in the production of thermoset and thermoplastic components through injection molding. We focus on manufacturing handles and knobs for household appliances, components for industrial machinery and environmental climate control systems (such as heat pumps and fan coils), as well as products for the medical sector and other industries.
We operate in Borgo Chiese, Trentino, developing and manufacturing thermoset and thermoplastic components. Experience built since 1962 is supported by a department with 30 injection molding presses: 16 for thermosets from 50 to 300 tonnes and 14 for thermoplastics from 25 to 700 tonnes.
Our production capabilities include surface treatments, screen and pad printing, laser engraving and automatic and manual assembly. Three 3D printers support prototype assessment; five AGVs and automated warehouses help manage production flows. Processes are selected according to component requirements.
Our specialisation in appliance knobs and handles is complemented by components for RV, medical, HVAC and industrial machinery applications. Materials, geometry and operating conditions are assessed for each application.
