We offer custom services and processing for third parties, always at the forefront of the household appliance sector. Our dedication ensures precision and timeliness, supporting every stage of the process with innovative technologies.
The molding department is equipped with 16 thermosetting injection presses, with a closing force range from 50 to 300 tons, and 14 thermoplastic injection presses, with a closing force range from 25 to 700 tons. We manage several customized production lines for different clients, ensuring efficiency and flexibility in our operations.
After production, our products undergo specific processes tailored to the type of component, which may include sandblasting, shot blasting, deburring, vibratory finishing, oiling, and washing. These treatments ensure the highest quality and performance of each product.
We perform silkscreen and pad printing on various materials and finishes. Our equipment includes 9 silkscreen machines for cylindrical or conical parts (diameter ranging from 20mm to 90mm), 3 silkscreen machines for flat surfaces (up to 150mm), 5 single-color pad printing machines (up to 70mm), and one 4-color pad printing machine for more complex prints.
In this department, assembly is carried out using both automatic and manual systems within our production process. Our highly specialized team performs precision assembly, combines components accurately, and applies manual finishes to ensure the highest quality of our products.
With our three 3D printers, we are able to create finished product prototypes using 3D printing technology, eliminating the need for expensive pilot molds. Our technology offers a resolution of 28 microns, ensuring precise details and high-quality results in the prototypes.
Our laser engraving machine is specialized in performing precise and detailed engravings on both metallic and plastic materials. Using laser technology, it selectively removes the surface layer of the material, creating permanent engravings with extraordinary precision.
