Screen and pad printing for components

Nuova Saimpa provides screen and pad printing on different materials and finishes. Decoration is assessed according to component geometry and the required print. The service can be included in the manufacturing process for appliance knobs, handles and other custom components.

Printing capabilities

The department includes 9 screen printing machines for cylindrical or conical components from 20 to 90 mm in diameter and 3 machines for flat surfaces up to 150 mm.

Pad printing capabilities include 5 single-color machines up to 70 mm and one 4-color machine.

Share a component drawing or sample and the required artwork, including material, surface finish, print location and number of colors.

Application and indicative quantities help our commercial and technical team assess the project. Decoration can be combined with molding, treatments and assembly according to customer specifications.
