- Integrated Corporate Welfare System: We are structuring an integrated corporate welfare system that will include initiatives reflecting employees' needs, contributing to their well-being and job satisfaction. Additionally, we are planning further initiatives to actively engage employees in identifying their needs.
- Salary Monitoring: We maintain rigorous salary monitoring to ensure pay equity at all levels and across all genders.
- Certification PdR125: We have initiated the certification process for PdR 125, an internationally recognized standard aimed at ensuring the efficiency and quality of business processes. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to improving our operations and ensuring the highest quality in the services we offer to our clients. Furthermore, PdR 125 certification requires active involvement from all employees. Since the early 2000s, Nuova Saimpa has adopted a Quality Management System. In 2017, a Health and Safety Management System was added to the existing quality management system, and in 2018, these systems were integrated with the Environmental Management System. Thanks to these activities, the company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CSR Sustainability certifications.
